Hi purplewombat, oh how I have learnt that !!! I was caught in a fire (really big one) the best way to discribe me now is to say I could run in to an old friend and they would'nt know it was me I was in the burns unit for 13 months then spend anoher 12 months in the private wards just learning how to walk, talk, an use what was left of my hands but mostly trying to adapt to the way I now look an coping with the looks of horror on peoples face when they first see me ! I,ll admit for a while there I did try to hide away an wollow in self pity but Icant even seem to do that properly because my dam mind wont switch off, I cant just sit around doing nothing and its not in my nature to feel sorry for me self (I blame my nan for this she raised me and was always telling me that if I wont something get out there an make it happen) so here I am I can no longer work in a kitchen be damed if thats the end I have a passion for books and a goal in mind now all I have to do is make it happen on limited income I do have thats how I came to this site I wonted to see if there was any information I could gather that would be usefull I'm not one these people how are silly enough to buy into these get rich scemes for me when ever I see something like that I go into red flag mode I like the good old fashion work ya butt sceme makes sense to me

Cliff Mearns replied to Cliff Mearns's discussion Bankruptcy -v Debt Agreement
"Ben, let's not lose the loop. How financiers view bankruptcy is not relevant to the discussion of an individual's capacity to pay something. Bankruptcy is being utilised as a means of evading debt obligations. "

Bankruptcy ben replied to Cliff Mearns's discussion Bankruptcy -v Debt Agreement
"I agree with the setiment however in reality there's nothing to encourage an individual to make a payment with a Debt Agreement! While technically it's different most financial companies regard it as the same as bankruptcy."
