I just saw your question today regarding website. Have you already decided to go with any of the web designers who have approached you ? If not, there is another alternative that you may like to consider.
I know of a website solution that is easy to use and the owner of the website can have 100% control of the website if you are able to use word processing software like Microsoft Word and the cost is inexpensive compared to the custom website development. Leave me a message if you are still looking for options. I can get you more information
