Hi Warren. Thanks for the sentiment. And yes in the long run I would love to trade stock full time. But at the moment I am taking it very slowly. Studying anything I get my hands on and trading CFDs to build uo some kind of stake to invest for the long term.

I always beat my brother. He's an old codger of nearly sixty and still on a handicap of 27, it should be around 36.

I'm a young fella of only 72 and play an eighteen handicap. What hope has he got?

Cheers,
John.

Hi Warren,

I had a good time hanging out with my brother just over the border in New South Wales. We did a bit of golfing and spent a whole day out on the water sailing, then went out to the reef on a tourist trip for some fishing. All we caught were a few tiddlers, nothing worth a photograph.

You wouldn't believe it. A couple of days later the same boat was in the newspaper displaying a boatload of tourists with some of the greatest catches you only dream about. That sums up the story of my life. Wrong time, again.

Never mind, it gave us something to talk about.

Cheers,
John

Hi Warren,

I play a "little", but am more cautious now than I used to be. I stick to the mining stocks, lowcost entries asx a rule but now and again, take a punt on an industrial.
