:) yeah, it probably does have something to do with protecting their own ass when things go bad! That said, it is good advice, and many a person has become wealthy this way. The important thing is staying in the game, not trying to have the most.

Hang in there mate, retirement is never comfortable. The kids always need a baby sitter or a gardener or a taxi driver or a loan or etc etc.

I'm sure you know what I mean. I occasionally get to dust off the golf clubs or go fishing.

It can be enjoyable, so enjoy it for as long as you can.

Hi Stan, Just out of interest, did you lose the $50k a while back or recently? I ask because $50k today is worth less than $50k 20 years ago.
