Hang in there mate, retirement is never comfortable. The kids always need a baby sitter or a gardener or a taxi driver or a loan or etc etc.
I'm sure you know what I mean. I occasionally get to dust off the golf clubs or go fishing.
It can be enjoyable, so enjoy it for as long as you can.
