Just to let you know, I'll be away for the next week, returning 25th Aug, Monday.... just in case you start to wonder!
I am off to South Australia... I trust most of you will think is not very exciting, but it so is to me! Both my parents family are from there, so I'll be catching up with Aunties, Uncles, Cousins I have not seen for some 15 years!
I've been getting into genealogy of late, so I'm entering a smorgasbord of information!

My belief is that forums such as this are to support those that deserve the support.
I have learnt heaps over time and am still learning, the intraction on sites such as this give me the pleasure of passing on some of my knowledge while learning from others

I'd love to go to Italy (again) and my mum's roots are in Scotland, which I've never visited. And Australia, of course. Such a big country, with so many places to visit.
Best to steer clear of drugs if you can - the medical profession always suggests drugs because it's the easiest option for them. They have no emotional stake in the matter so drugs are easy to prescribe. Let her be fat, I say!

Give you can get this kind of info for free elsewhere and also the emotional support from other free forums like this one, I can't justify forking out to someone who is making a fortune from it herself. She espouses one thing but makes a fortune herself so I'm doubtful that she uses any of these "tips" herself. I could be wrong - I've been called a cynic more than once before! :)
