To sell or not to sell! Should i be selling my investment property when i am still paying a mortgage on the house I live in and struggling to live as comfortably as i used to? What does people think?

Yeah, with the banks continuing to up their rates, it's not so easy to pay anything off. Have you considered paying off your credit cards by redrawing on your home loan? This would only work if you then got rod of your credit card, or at least reduce the limit to $500 or $1,000.
