Money box

One hint I got from Sandy Forster - How to wildly wealth, is to empty you coins out everyday and save. Only use your notes to buy stuff. At the end of the money put these coins into your savings account. What other hints do you have to save the coins.

Before when I had a job and a mortgage, I would turn my PI mortgage into a Line of credit mortgage and pay all expenses from my credit card and utilise the 55 free interest days. All income goes directly to the Line of credit mortgage and only draw to pay the credit card when due. You save heaps of interest and years off your mortgage. I know what Jeffk is saying about credit card but now you will think twice before spending on your credit card because you are spending your mortgage!!

Great idea Leona!

Here's a start:
- Buy home brand products at all times
- Make a list of all the food that you throw out in a week (e.g. fruit, veggies, leftovers) and make sure you buy less the next time around
- Pay off ALL credit card debt
- Once you've paid them off, throw them away. All they're good for is buying things you don't need with money you don't have

"Ben, let's not lose the loop. How financiers view bankruptcy is not relevant to the discussion of an individual's capacity to pay something. Bankruptcy is being utilised as a means of evading debt obligations. "

Bankruptcy ben replied to Cliff Mearns's discussion Bankruptcy -v Debt Agreement
"I agree with the setiment however in reality there's nothing to encourage an individual to make a payment with a Debt Agreement! While technically it's different most financial companies regard it as the same as bankruptcy."
