Hi, my name is RosannaNishio
sometime is life we all need to take look at the big picture, we have no strong attitde to how we manage our lives, many people only see the small picture, but not willing to admit what they have put themself through, well let me give you one of the most common known mistake that people have take, commitment and power.
(1) what is the meaning of commitment; is when you have study about your life, where it going, how is that you can manage, when to take action, and lastly what risk you are take on board.
2)Power; when to react on power, what is power, power explaint about our body language to how we act, and when to act, many of us act by power to what we see and touch, but we forget about the important part of affect to ourself and to others, when we see our body become so intense to want, to get, and to control, to touch is like winning a shield full of gold, is the crushing of the ice, well look at other oppotion, we can want, touch, but we cannot afford to action with less information, we all need to have money; but remember the commitment you make is entirely in your hand, don't make an immediated decision before commeting your self, by doing this you will gaing the function of controlling yourself from becoming a banks slaves, you need to finalise the issue between your live and your finances, there an old saying, when you bind your collection in one place, your will know how to bind your credit card in order. life is too short, so try an minimise all oppotion to lesson your debt, before becomming one.

thank you

Your's sincerely;

These are wise words John. It's funny though, you have to go through this to fully understand how out of control things can get. If you told an 18 year old all this, they'd still get into the same trouble had you not told them a thing.

Then again, I didn't exactly listen at 18...in fact I don't listen too well now...

Money! Some people have plenty. Some people have none. Most have some but not enough, and there are those who just will never know how to manage the money they have.

Have you ever had one of those experiences when the end of the month bills arrive and you don't know how you are going to pay them? You always vow to put a little away each week to cover the bills that you know are going to arrive next month, but what happens?

You either run for your credit card or borrow from your mates and relatives. You've managed to pay your bills this month, but you still owe the money somewhere else. It becomes a vicious circle.

I know, because I've been there.

This is what my wife and I did:

We curtailed all unnecessary spending. I even gave up smoking and drinking alcohol. (yes, it can be done.) We approached each of our creditors in turn and let them know how absolutely serious we were about getting out of debt, and most of them were very considerate and understanding.

For years now we have been clear of all debt and have vowed never to purchase anything unless we can pay cash for it.

When our pensions arrive in the bank each fortnight, the very first thing we do is go to the post office and pay $10 or $20 dollars towards the phone bill. We also have arranged for an agreed amount to be deducted from the bank account to cover electricity expenses.

Any other regular payments can be made the same way.

It is amazing how much money we can save now. I never imagined how much of our earnings were being handed over the bar or going up in smoke.

The family car we purchased last year was paid for in cash.

It isn't easy to do, but it can be done. Try it!

Cheers,
John.

"Ben, let's not lose the loop. How financiers view bankruptcy is not relevant to the discussion of an individual's capacity to pay something. Bankruptcy is being utilised as a means of evading debt obligations. "

"I agree with the setiment however in reality there's nothing to encourage an individual to make a payment with a Debt Agreement! While technically it's different most financial companies regard it as the same as bankruptcy."
