Message to billionaire Aussie John from inside a rat infested squalid Indonesian jail.

From Robert McNeice.

John I am sorry I did not pay back your money but please I have suffered enough. I need your help to me get out of here, my health is not good. What has happened to me here I will speak of later. If I face charges in Australia for the unpaid loans, Sydney lawyers say even if I were found guilty the sentence if any would be less than what I have already suffered here in this Jakarta jail. John, I am sorry but I am being made to suffer a terrible price for not giving you your money back. The Australian government appears to have forgotten me. The stone cold facts show they appear to have no heart, but I remember you do. Your complaint got me in here, so please get me out of here this my 567th day of hell.

Gratefully

"Ben, let's not lose the loop. How financiers view bankruptcy is not relevant to the discussion of an individual's capacity to pay something. Bankruptcy is being utilised as a means of evading debt obligations. "

Bankruptcy ben replied to Cliff Mearns's discussion Bankruptcy -v Debt Agreement
"I agree with the setiment however in reality there's nothing to encourage an individual to make a payment with a Debt Agreement! While technically it's different most financial companies regard it as the same as bankruptcy."
