FatCat's MoneyConfessions - helping you save (& make) money, one click at a time

Seeing Lisa's page, I got thinking - where would everyone most like to visit if they had the time and money?

Mine would be Nepal, Tibet, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka - that area of the world. So different to the world I have grown up in and a smorgasbord of food, culture, nature and experiences to be had.

Will let you off this time Mr President!
All the stans would be interesting...hadn't considered them before...Italy & Scotland would be my first choices, along with a big journey around Australia.

Yes, you're right Monica, all this travelling talk isn't good for any of our budgets!
Bhutan would be my pick. Seems like an ideal place to live.

Nepal & Tibet also very appealing too.

As a travel theme I wouldn't mind doing the Buddhist scared sites
Bodhgaya, Angkor Wat, Borobudur, Anuradhapura & Polonnaruwa, Taktshang Monastery in Bhutan
Nepal & Tibet for me too!

And the "stans" hold huge appeal for me - Kazakh, Paki, Uzbehki, etc.
The List (incomplete)

*South America - Peru (yup, Macchu Picchu for the win), Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, anywhere else.

*India & Pakistan (have some interesting family history there, plus an aunt in Karachi, so I should take advantage of that!) Also Nepal - my partner wants to hike Everest base camp; I'm a bit scared of that!

*Egypt and Jordan. Pyramids and Petra!

*Further east in Europe - Romania, Bulgaria. Then head over to Turkey.

*Western Europe, as always - particularly more of France, Spain, Italy... the UK and Ireland is my spiritual home, there's always something more there I can find.

*AFRICA - big game safari in Kruger National Park, Tanzania, Kenya...

*South-East Asia should be done at some point. Vietnam, Thailand.'

*And I guess I should see more of Oz... one day...
